Percify schedules and publishes posts to your own Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and Bluesky accounts. Scheduling is included on the Scale plan (3 connected accounts) and Ultra (10 accounts). On any plan you can add extra accounts for $5 a month each. You connect each account by signing in on the platform itself, so Percify never sees your password.

What you need

  • A brand in Percify. See Brand DNA.
  • A Scale or Ultra plan, or at least one extra account. See credits and payments.
  • For Instagram, a professional or creator account. For Facebook, a Facebook Page.

Connect an account

Open the Social tab

Open your brand at app.percify.io/home/brands and pick the Social tab.

Press Connect on a platform

Each platform has a card. Press Connect and sign in on the platform’s own page.

Come back to Percify

You return to the Social tab and see the account connected. The account is attached to this brand, so other brands never offer it by mistake.
If a platform ends the connection, the account shows Sign in again to keep posting and a Reconnect button. To remove an account, press Disconnect on it.

Schedule a post

There are two ways to post:
  • From Composer. Keep five plays, press Autoschedule, tick the accounts under Where should these post? and press Schedule. The publishing panel writes a caption for each play in your brand’s voice. Press Schedule there and the plays go out at the times set in Composer Settings under Autoposting. See Composer.
  • One post at a time. On the Social tab press New post. Pick the brand and accounts under Post to, add media from your Percify library, write the Caption, then choose Post now or Schedule and a date and time. Times use your browser’s time zone.
The panel checks the post against each platform’s rules while you type and lists anything to fix before you can post.

TikTok

TikTok asks you to review and confirm every post. The TikTok needs your confirmation box asks who can see the post and has two boxes to tick: “I have reviewed the preview above and it is what I want to post.” and “I agree to publish this to my TikTok account.”

YouTube

When a YouTube account is picked you can set a title of up to 100 characters (otherwise the caption’s first line is used), Who can watch (Public, Unlisted or Private), Made with AI and Made for kids.

Which platforms can I post to?

How many accounts can I connect, and what do extra accounts cost?

  • The limit counts every brand in your workspace together.
  • Press Add accounts on the Social tab to open Add social accounts and choose how many extra accounts you want in total. The panel shows what is due today and what you pay each month.
  • If you have a subscription, extra accounts are added to it. Without one, you pay on a checkout page first.
  • If you lower the number, “The unused part comes back as credit on your next invoice.”
  • If your plan changes and you have more connected accounts than it allows, Percify disconnects the most recently connected ones above the limit. This is checked once a day.

Let Autopilot post for you

In Composer Settings, turn on Autopilot. It posts at your Autoposting times, chooses which plays to post by what performs, and learns from each result.
  • It posts to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts. It posts to TikTok only after you allow it with Let it post to TikTok: choose Post directly (live at each slot, public) or Send to my drafts (you post it from TikTok).
  • It keeps the next 48 hours filled. Fill now fills the open slots straight away.
  • If three posts in a row do not go out, Autopilot switches itself off and tells you why.
  • Without an account it says “Connect an account under Social to start.” Without scheduling on your plan it says “Posting needs Scale, or an extra account added under Social.”
