Is Percify free?
Creating an account costs nothing. Generating uses credits from a plan or a credit pack. Current plans are on percify.io/pricing and Plans and pricing.How much do the paid plans cost?

Every generation costs credits, and the cost depends on the tool, the model and settings like length or resolution. Percify checks your balance before a job starts, so a refused job costs nothing. See How credits work.Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription attached. See Plans and pricing.Do unused credits roll over?
A plan’s credits do not: each cycle the grant for your plan replaces last cycle’s unspent grant, so subscription credits are for the month they arrive in. Credits you buy in a pack never expire — Percify protects what you have bought, a cycle never touches it, and it falls only when you spend past it. For most tools, yes: the credits go back to your balance automatically. See Refunds and failed generations for the exceptions, and Generation failed or stuck for fixes.How long can one video be?
It depends on whether the video is one generation or several stitched together, and those have different limits. One generation — a lip-sync model rendering your audio in a single pass — runs reliably up to about 10 minutes. The cost is per second of audio, so at 2 credits a second on Fast 480p a 10-minute pass is 1,200 credits. Past 10 minutes a single pass is experimental rather than supported: it can fail, and although a failed generation refunds its credits, it is not something to plan a deliverable around. Several generations stitched is how Percify builds anything longer. Clips are rendered separately and joined into one file, which is how the chat makes a 1-minute video out of 10-second parts and how a highlights reel reaches 10 minutes. A stitched result has no fixed length ceiling of its own — what limits it is the credits the clips cost, and the limit of whichever feature you are using. What your plan states is the supported ceiling for a single video: 1 minute on Creator, 3 on Scale and 10 on Ultra, which percify.io/pricing labels “the ceiling on a single video”. Those two numbers are not in conflict: 10 minutes is what the engine runs reliably in one pass, and your plan says how much of that 10 minutes you get. Ultra is the plan where the two meet. Each tool also sets its own limit, the same on every plan: the chat offers 5, 10 and 30 seconds or 1 minute, Podcast Studio runs from 15 seconds to 3 minutes, a highlights reel goes up to 10 minutes, and Replicate a short accepts a source up to 2 minutes. Can I use Percify videos commercially?
The rules on ownership and commercial use are on Can I use Percify videos commercially?. They apply the same way on every plan.Does Percify add a watermark?
No. Percify adds no watermark to what you generate, on any plan. The one exception is Replicate a short, which puts a small Percify mark in the top-left corner of every replica. See Commercial use.Which languages does Percify support?
It depends on the tool and model. Cloned voices in Voices read scripts with English pronunciation, but XTTS-v2 in the playground clones a voice and speaks 16 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Dutch, Czech, Arabic, Chinese, Hungarian, Korean and Hindi. Dubbing covers 18 target languages and Video Translate more, listed on Dub a video. You can also record the audio yourself in any language and use lip-sync.Where does Percify run?

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your profile, go to Plan & Billing and click Manage billing to cancel in the Stripe billing portal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. See Cancel or change your plan.Can I get a refund?

Does Percify have an API?
Yes. API keys come with the Scale and Ultra plans, and API calls spend credits from the same balance as the app. See the API introduction. AI agents can also connect through the Percify MCP server, and that route is not limited to those plans: a client that signs in over OAuth, such as Claude or ChatGPT, works on every plan including the free one. Only clients that cannot open a browser, and so need an API key, require Scale or Ultra.Support
