Do I get my credits back if a generation fails?
Yes, for most features. The credits come back as soon as Percify marks the job as failed, and you don’t need to ask.
If a job was refused because you didn’t have enough credits, nothing was taken in the first place. See How Percify credits work.
What if my credits didn’t come back?
Email support@percify.io and include:- the email address on your Percify account
- which feature you used, and roughly when
- the error message you saw, if there was one
Can I get a refund for my subscription or a credit pack?
Section 6 of the Terms of Service says: “All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.” A few things follow from that:- Cancelling doesn’t refund the current period. You keep your plan until the period you paid for ends, and you aren’t charged again. See Cancel or change your plan.
- Downgrades aren’t refunded either. A move to a cheaper plan starts when your current period ends, so you get what you already paid for.
- Upgrades charge only the difference. Moving to a higher plan charges the prorated difference for the rest of the period, not the full new price.

Does a bad-looking result count as a failed generation?
Does a bad-looking result count as a failed generation?
No. Credits come back automatically when a job fails or can’t run, not when a finished result isn’t what you wanted. To keep costs low while you experiment, try a lower quality setting or a shorter length first. The cost is shown before you generate.
