You can’t delete a Percify account from inside the app yet. To delete your account and its data, email support@percify.io from the email address you sign in with. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first so you aren’t charged again.

How do I delete my account?

1

Cancel your subscription, if you have one

Deleting your account and cancelling billing are separate steps. Open your profile, go to Plan & Billing, click Manage billing and cancel in the billing portal. See Cancel or change your plan.
2

Save anything you want to keep

Download any videos and images you want before you ask. Your generated content is deleted along with your account.
3

Email support

Send your request to support@percify.io from the email address on your Percify account. Include:
  • that you want your account and data deleted
  • the email address you sign in with, if you’re writing from a different one
  • whether you still have an active subscription

What gets deleted, and how long does it take?

Percify’s Privacy Policy says that when you delete your account, Percify deletes your personal information and generated content within 30 days. The exception is data it must keep for legal or legitimate business purposes.

What other privacy requests can I make?

Under the Privacy Policy, you can ask Percify to:
  • give you access to your personal information
  • correct information that’s wrong
  • delete your account and data
  • send you a copy of your data in a portable format
  • stop marketing emails
  • stop certain kinds of processing
Send any of these requests to support@percify.io. The policy also covers your rights under GDPR (for the European Economic Area) and CCPA (for California).

FAQ

Don’t count on it. Cancel in the billing portal first (Plan & Billing, then Manage billing). That way no further payment is taken while your deletion request is handled.
Yes. If you cancel your plan, it ends at the end of the billing period, you aren’t charged again, and your account stays open.
Percify’s Terms of Service say fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. See Refunds and failed generations.
