Percify takes payments through Stripe. When a payment is declined, it’s almost always your bank or card issuer that refused it, not Percify. Typical reasons are a 3D Secure confirmation that wasn’t completed, not enough funds, or a prepaid card that can’t pay for a subscription. Try the bank’s confirmation step again, use another card or payment method, or ask your bank to allow the charge.

How to fix a declined payment

1

Complete the bank's confirmation

If your bank sends a code or asks for approval in its app, approve it before the check times out. Keep the checkout tab open while you do.
2

Check the card details and funds

Make sure the card number, expiry date, CVC and billing country match your card, and that the card has enough funds.
3

Use a different card or payment method

Stripe shows the payment methods available for your country and currency, such as wallets or local methods, alongside cards. Prepaid cards often can’t pay for a recurring subscription, so use a regular debit or credit card for a plan.
4

Turn off blockers for checkout

If the payment form doesn’t load, pause your ad blocker for the page or switch networks, or use the option to continue on Stripe’s own checkout page.
5

Call your bank

If every attempt is declined, the bank may be blocking online or international payments. Ask it to allow a payment to Percify, then try again.

Which currency will I be charged in?

Percify’s plans are priced in US dollars. In the eurozone, plans are charged at fixed euro prices instead. In other countries, Stripe may show the price converted into your local currency. The total on the checkout page is the amount you pay. Your bank can add its own foreign-transaction fee on top, and Percify doesn’t control that. See Plans and payments for current prices.

My renewal payment failed

When a renewal can’t be charged, Percify emails you Action required: Payment failed with an Update Payment Method button. It opens app.percify.io/billing, which takes you to your Stripe billing portal, where you can update your card. You can also get there from Profile, then Plan & Billing, then Manage billing. Your plan’s monthly credits are added only once the renewal is paid, so update the card soon. Under the Terms, failed payments may result in service suspension.

I was charged but didn’t get my plan or credits

Reload the app first, because your balance and plan refresh when the page loads. If nothing changed after a few minutes, email support@percify.io with the email address on your Percify account and the date and amount of the charge. Don’t pay again while you wait, or you may be charged twice.
